ground level At the ground floor hard boundaries are removed, the slightly raised boardwalk helps to temporarily access ground programs while the ground is still habitable, and aid in the removal of the road. The physical infrastructural spine has bathrooms, a circulation tower to an observation overlook and ramp up to the elevated path as well as the location of the more localized utility tower that will aid in the eradication of the dependence on the street. This spine is also the location of water taxi stops, mail delivery, and trash collection, that juts out into the water.  The ground floor is imagined to have uses that could be flooded, such as workshops, storage, markets, and gyms, shown here, letting the nature in – and in the transition uses migrate upwards, the road begins  to disappear, and the primary mode of transportation become boat, bike and pedestrian.
